Who We Are

Albertine Interventions for Development (AID) is a grassroots development organization registered with National Bureau for NGOs (NGO Bureau) REG NO: S.5914/12791 and as well as a company limited by guarantee with Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) REG NO: 227181 established in 2007 to provide lasting solutions to poor and vulnerable
communities to foster improved livelihoods for sustainable development in Uganda.

Albertine Interventions for Development (AID) is currently operating its development interventions Countrywide specifically in:

Rwenzori Region

Districts of Ntoroko, Bundibugyo, Kabarole, Bunyangabu,Kamwenge, Kitagwenda, Kyenjojo, Kyegegwa, Kasese and Fort Portal City.

Bunyoro Region

Districts of Kikube, Kagadi, Hoima, Kiryandongo, Masindi, Bweyale and Bulisa.

Ankole Sub Region

Districts of Kazo, Kiruhura, Mbarara and Isingiro.

Kigezi Region

Districts of Kabale, Rubanda, Ruchiga and Kanungu.

Eastern Region

Districts of Kapchorwa, Kween, Bulanbuli, Sironko and Bukwo.

West Nile Region

Districts of Yumbe, Koboko, Maracha, Arua, Madiokolo, Terego, Pakwach and Nebi
